So many new items:

Over 300 items have been added to our collection this quarter. Look over our recent additions to the collection and find your next book or DVD.

The All Star Reader from Willett Won the Disney Vacation!:

As a part of this summer's reading program, Fizz, Boom, Read! one All Star Reader was selected to represent each participating library. Each All Star Reader received 4 tickets to Library Night at the PawSox game on Tues, August 19th. A drawing was held for the Grand Prize, a family Disney Vacation. Willett's representative won! The smallest library had the biggest winner this year. Citizens Bank, Pepsi and the PawSox awarded the trip. See the picture above right.

The 48th Annual Book, Bake and Art Sale:

This year's sale (held on Saturday, July 19th from 9am-noon at Post Office Park) was a great success!

The weather was perfect, there was a steady stream of shoppers and we had many happy, helpful volunteers. Many thanks to Barbara Streuli for organizing this wonderful fundraiser. Thank you to all who donated books, media and games. Thank you to all who took time from their busy schedules to make this event a reality. Thank you to all who baked, bought or made donations. We're especially thankful to Anchor Storage for providing storage space throughout the year and for the use of their truck on the sale weekend.

The library is accepting donations for the annual Book, Bake, and Art Sale now through July 1st.
PLEASE NO magazines, textbooks, encyclopedias or Reader's Digest condensed readers. Thanks so much.
